Work as part of a team that supports communication activities, in addition to enterprise-wide systems engineering support. This position is a part of an integral 24/7 Operations environment. Availability for non-scheduled call-ins is required. The assignment also requires working a rotating day/night shift schedule, assigned based on the adaptable needs of the team. Location: Las Cruces, NMWhat You Will Do· Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.· Report and document anomalous performance and interact with other team members to perform corrective actions. · Crosstrain in other assigned areas and assist with the training of other personnel on the contract team. · 24/7 Operations environment.· Non-scheduled call-ins.· Rotating day/night shift schedule.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.Experience in SATCOM, IT Systems, communication hardware.Experience in problem solving in time-critical situations.An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
