BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for first shift. In this position, you will be supporting New Product Introduction and Legacy production builds in Austin, Texas. This position will report onsite in support of production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will spend most of their time, up to 90%, on the shop floor resolving manufacturing-related issues and providing technical support on a variety of technical tasks supporting circuit card assembly and small to large form factor assembly operations/builds.
This is a first shift position working a 9/80 schedule.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
