The role involves responding to customer inquiries providing information about products and services resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience without making or receiving phone calls. A successful Chat Agent demonstrates excellent written communication skills patience problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while working independently in a remote environment.
