Come build your career with BAE Systems.This is a 1st shift position working a 4/10 Monday-Thursday!In this position you will perform the following tasks and make impacts by:Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.Perform a variety of duties assisting mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies and components.Fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components or assembliesAssists with analyzing data and recommending modifications to components or test procedure to meet desired specifications.Works from process sheets, diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools and jigs.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED2 years of related work experienceAbility to obtain a Secret ClearanceMust be able to lift 20-40lbs.Good written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to follow processes and written instructionsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Secret Clearance Solder Experience Lean Manufacturing Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $47614 - $76181 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
