Job Description Guglielmo & Associates PLLC is a multi state, high volume law firm in need of an entry level or experienced Legal Assistant to help support our Nevada Office. This is a career oriented position. Ideal candidates will have prior legal experience or a desire to gain legal professional experience. Responsibilities Data entry with consistent attention to detail Sorting and collating legal documents Prepare multi-jurisdiction legal documents, pleadings and correspondence. Handling calls to and from courts and law firm Preparing high volumes of paperwork Ensure legal requirements and deadlines are met Qualifications Attention to detail Accuracy Working within time constraints Researching information Ability to multitask & prioritize efficiently Computer Proficiency Effectively communicating verbally and in writing Ideal candidates Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel Knowledgeable of legal terminology, forms, and deadlines Professional and Driven Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
