What you will do: We are looking for a strategic and consultative new business development / NET NEW client acquisition lead to prospect and sell Mindlance’s total talent solutions to targeted clients across US, Canada (and India if applicable). This is a strategic hunter role.
\n \nThese services include:
\nYou will spend 75% of your time cultivating new business. This will entail connecting with and meeting prospects, leveraging the Mindlance brand for total talent solutions.
\n \nUpskilling solutions opportunities from emerging talent, mid-career talent and diverse / underrepresented talent.
\n \nThe role does require travel, which is driven by client meetings, MSP partnership meetings etc.
\n \nAttend national and regional events to represent the company.
