As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced business development professional to expand our presence across the US market and develop long-term partnerships with sponsors and clinical research stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a CRO, sponsor, biotech, or medical device environment who combines commercial awareness with scientific and operational credibility.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.

\n

. Manage opportunities throughout the full business development cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, bid defenses, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.

\n

. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.

\n

. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and aligning Banook's solutions with their clinical research needs.

\n

. Develop and grow strategic accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

\n

. Collaborate closely with proposal, scientific, and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions and a seamless client experience.

\n

. Represent Banook at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

\n

. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and best practices.

\n

About You

\n

\n

. 5-7+ years of experience in business development within a CRO, sponsor, biotech, or medical device environment.

\n

. Strong understanding of global clinical trials and outsourced clinical research services.

\n

. Experience selling cardiac safety, medical imaging, endpoint adjudication, eCOA, or related clinical trial solutions is highly desirable.

\n

. Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

\n

. Comfortable interacting with Clinical Operations, Outsourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Executive stakeholders.

\n

. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

\n

. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based incentive plan, and benefits. Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, expertise, and track record.
